Terms And Conditions
We need to collect the information required for the training to issue you the nationally accredited certificate.
Information we collect from the participants included name, email, contact number, address and educational background.
We will abide Privacy ACT 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPS) 2014.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Penny Royal College accepts payment using Credit Card or Bank Transfers.
- Fees will be deducted as per advertise on the day of payment for the specific courses.
- Receipt will be provided once the payment is made.
- Cancellation can be done 48 hours prior to the course day. $20 cancellation will be charged for administrative works.
- Reschedule can be done 48 hours prior to the courses and $10 reschedule fee will be charged.
- Cancellation later than 48 hours prior to course, nonattendance and late arrival will incur full charges.
- Medical certificate must be presented if refund is applied based on medical backgrounds.
- We will abide by Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults with the service.
